This option will render you with 15 minutes of uninterrupted real-time online counseling. We highly recommend that you fill out the questionnaire following your payment, while you wait for your session to begin. It is very helpful for us to be familiar with you, and the issues surrounding your counseling session. It also allows you to have more time to discuss what is going on rather than taking time from the 15 mins. session to ask you about your identifying information. Once you e-mail us the questionnaire we would read it upon receiving it, and become familiar with you. Once the session begins, I will know who you are, and what you need from this session, and we can get right to the issue at hand, and get the most out of 15 minutes. During a 15 mins. session there is probably enough time to explore 1 issue, and of course due to the time limit it would consist mostly of a few suggestions, a referral, or of simply providing educational information to help with your presenting issue.

THIRTY MINUTES
This option will render you with 30 minutes of uninterrupted real-time online counseling. We highly recommend that you fill out the questionnaire following your payment, while you wait for your session to begin. The questionnaire provides us with helpful information to become familiar with you, and the issues surrounding your counseling session. It also allows you to have more time to discuss what is going on rather than taking time from the 30 mins. session to ask you about your identifying information. Once you e-mail us the questionnaire we would read it upon receiving it, and become familiar with you. Once the session begins, We would know something about who you are, and what you need from this session, and we can get right to the issue at hand, and in that way you get the most out of 30 minutes. During a 30 mins. session there is probably enough time to explore 1 issue, and of course you may bring up an additional issue, however due to time constraints, you would best be served by focusing on one issue. In 30 mins. we would have the possibility to explore the one issue in a reasonable depth.

This option will render you with 45 minutes of uninterrupted real-time online counseling. We highly recommend that you fill out the questionnaire following your payment, while you wait for your session to begin. The questionnaire provides us with helpful information to become familiar with you, and the issues surrounding your counseling session. It also allows you to have more time to discuss what is going on rather than taking time from the 45 mins. session to ask you about your identifying information. Once you e-mail us the questionnaire we would read it upon receiving it, and become familiar with you. Once the session begins, We would know something about who you are, and what you need from this session, and we can get right to the issue at hand, and in that way you get the most out of 45 minutes. During a 45 min. once again one issue would be the ideal to allow the attention it deserves with more detailed suggestions, and feedback. A second issue may be brought up, however, it may not get the attention it deserves, and surely a response, and feedback will be given to it.

This option will render you with 60 minutes of uninterrupted real-time online counseling. It also allows you to have more time to discuss what is going on rather than taking time from the 60 mins. session to ask you about your identifying information. Once you e-mail us the questionnaire we would read it upon receiving it, and become familiar with you. Once the session begins, We would know something about who you are, and what you need from this session, and we can get right to the issue at hand, and in that way you get the most out of 60 minutes. During a 60 min. one issue is usually the ideal to allow the attention it deserves with more detailed suggestions, and feedback. A second is welcome to be brought up, however, it is important to bring it up at the beginning of the session, so that adequate time is allowed for both issues.
